How our booking process works:

  1. Book your 45-minute call using the link above

  2. Complete the form

  3. We’ll call you at the scheduled time to talk through your goals

  4. We’ll walk you through your next steps and how you can move forward with support

  5. You’ll receive your client portal, custom plan & recommended schedule after the call


What to Expect from the Sleep Coaching Process:

  1. Fill out the Sleep Coaching Form
    Tell us a bit about your baby, your goals, and what’s been going on. We’ll review your responses with care.

  2. Get a Response Within 48 Hours
    We’ll reach out to confirm your next steps, availability, and whether virtual or in-home support is the best fit for your family.

  3. We Create a Custom Sleep Plan
    If we’re a good match, our Sleep Coach will either create a personalized plan that reflects your baby’s unique needs and your family’s sleep goals or will schedule you for our done-for-you in-home sleep coaching.

  4. You Receive Expert Support
    Whether it’s a one-time consult, a week of messaging support, or an in-home sleep reset, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

  5. Better Sleep (for Everyone!)
    Most families see big improvements in just a few days — and lasting sleep skills within a few weeks.
